We appreciate your help. If you’ve encountered a bug, please let us know by clicking on the question mark help button in the upper right corner of the screen, then click Bug report. This could be done either from the web app or from the mobile application.

This redirects you to the form on the Bug report page. Please fill out the form carefully and include as much information as possible.

Once you’re done, you’ll receive an email with the report summary and a submission ID. You can use the ID to track the issue.
